Led by CUTR Associate Director Lisa Staes, CUTR, as a part of ENSCO’s Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with the USDOT for the management and operation of the Transportation Technology Center (TTC), received task orders for both transition activities at the USDOT’s TTC in Pueblo, Colorado and support to the Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) Technical Training and Standards Division in the update and delivery of training curriculum for more than 650 Federal and participating railroad safety inspectors and specialists. This includes support for associated media and field exercises and engaging with ENSCO’s training coordinator to support their role in meeting the training needs of FRA and training needs of participants, including onsite training support for course delivery. Currently CUTR is also supporting the redesign of FRA’s Accident Investigation Curriculum.
