Biography
Dr. Can Cui is a Research Associate at the Center for Urban Transportation Research (CUTR) within the Institute of Transportation Engineers (ITE) at the University of South Florida. With a PhD in Engineering Safety and Management from Zhengzhou University, Dr. Cui’s expertise encompasses transportation engineering, shared micromobility integration, and sustainable infrastructure.
A dedicated researcher and practitioner, Dr. Cui is an active member of professional organizations such as ASCE and WTS, and has contributed to the field through numerous peer-reviewed publications, research projects, and conference presentations. She also holds professional certifications, including Florida EIT, and brings a blend of academic and industry experience to her work in advancing urban mobility solutions.
