Dr. Cong Chen attended the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) Leader Orientation at the ASCE Headquarters in Reston, VA on September 21, 2019. Dr. Chen has been appointed to serve a two-year term on the designated Younger Member seat on the ASCE Transportation and Development Institute (T&DI) Board of Governors and the Chairperson of T&DI Younger Member Committee starting FY20.
