The University Peer-to-Peer Campaign is a pedestrian and bicycle safety education program. Sponsored by the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), Florida universities are partnering to educate the public about bicycle and pedestrian safety.
The University of South Florida, Florida Gulf Coast University, Florida State University, University of Central Florida, the University of Florida, Florida International University, and others have partnered to inform their campuses and communities about safety initiatives.
“It’s great to see the students involved with projects bettering their areas. We hope to continue this project in the future and involve more universities. We are grateful to FDOT for their support,” said CUTR Senior Research Associate Jason Jackman, project manager.
If you attend or work with the university communities involved with the project, please consider sharing our questionnaire on social media, in newsletters, or with university leadership!
