The ELEMENT Engineering Group Transportation Scholarship is open to full-time students, at all academic levels, pursuing a Civil Engineering major with a focus on transportation, in the University of South Florida’s College of Engineering, on the Tampa campus. This scholarship is based on merit with a preference for financial need and can be awarded 2 semesters.
