Stephanie Lewis, M.Ed., is an Instructional/Multimedia Project Manager with a wide range of skills in online and instructor led course development, webinar coordination, video production, and multimedia design. She a strong technical background and provides technical support for online and instructor led training. Ms. Lewis employs the ADDIE design model and Bloom’s Taxonomy in designing and developing online courses. She creates and provides storyboards, project documents and collaborates with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in developing interactive computer based training (CBT). Each CBT is SCORM complaint and integrated into the Learning Management System (LMS). Ms. Lewis is responsible maintaining and administering Transportation Learning LMS. She also develops instructional job aids for internal and external clients using a wide variety of software packages. In addition, she is responsible for the development and maintenance of several transit-related websites, training and conference materials, newsletters, and the CUTR Webcast Series. Prior to joining CUTR, Ms. Lewis was a public school teacher at a highly ranked suburban New Jersey high school. She specializes in curriculum development, video production, website design, and webinar coordination.
