Biography
Jeff Kramer, AICP, is a program director with the Center for Urban Transportation Research (CUTR) at the University of South Florida (USF) in Tampa, FL. His research primarily focuses on metropolitan and statewide multimodal policy, planning, and processes. He has published numerous reports, papers, and articles focusing on various aspects of transportation planning and has worked with MPOs and DOTs across the country. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners and holds a master’s degree in city planning from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a bachelor’s degree in government from Cornell University.
