Drawing on a comprehensive literature review, interviews with transportation professionals, and field testing at seven intersections, the seminar highlights the safety effectiveness of individual and combined countermeasures. It also presents implementation guidelines and a practical toolbox to help transportation agencies select appropriate, site-specific treatments for improving pedestrian safety and advancing the FDOT Target Zero Initiative.
