Purpose
The purpose of this Workshop is to introduce operations planning to new professionals in the transit industry and to serve as a timely refresher for others in the field.
What is transit operations planning? It is defined as a collection of activities which assures that transit services are cost-effectively provided to meet the mobility needs of a community.
