Abstract
This presentation will focus on how airports are different, but there are commonalities around safety and elements that make up a safe environment.

Stephanie Morgan is the aviation program manager for Pond & Company. Prior to joining Pond, Stephanie most recently served as the Executive Director of Air Transportation and Aerospace at The Ohio State University. In her role, she provided guidance as the facilities’ accountable manager, while also being responsible for strategic plans and overall campus objectives. Her in-depth knowledge of FAA Advisory Circulars including Part 139 Airport -FBO owned, Part 141 Flight Department, Part 145 Maintenance, Aerospace Research, and AAM development provides future owners with the ‘in the air and on the ground’ experience. While with The Ohio State University, she was responsible for over $80M in capital projects, improved regulations, policies, and compliance.
