CUTR researchers Jason Jackman, Tia Boyd, and Taylor Dinehart, along with Brandie Miklus, AICP, from Pritchett Steinbeck Group Inc., gathered at the Florida Planning Conference in Jacksonville to discuss the Tampa Bay Citizens Academy on Transportation (TB-CAT), a project sponsored by the National Institute for Congestion Reduction (NICR). Their presentation explained the creation and execution of a virtual academy on transportation, highlighting key success factors and valuable lessons learned.
