Jeff Kramer, AICP, director of the CUTR Transportation Planning, Policy, and Processes (TP3) Program, will make two presentations at the Association of Metropolitan Planning Organizations (AMPO) Annual Conference in Cleveland, Ohio the last week of September 2023.
The first presentation is part of a corridor planning session and will focus on the feasibility of forming a regional Transportation Systems Management and Operations (TSMO) planning entity in Central Florida (funded by the National Institute for Congestion Reduction).
The second presentation, part of a session focusing on engaging with elected officials, describes a recently developed online MPO Board member training program on congestion reduction. The trainings are now available online.
The AMPO Annual Conference is the premier event for MPOs to learn and network and attracts several hundred 350 MPO directors, transportation planners, and elected officials from across the country.
