CUTR is thrilled to share that our esteemed colleague, Phil Winters, has been inducted into the newly created Transportation Demand Management (TDM) Hall of Fame by the Association for Commuter Transportation (ACT).
TDM Hall of Fame recognition celebrates individuals who have performed exemplary work in TDM throughout their careers. This distinguished group has displayed continuous service to ACT and earned many accomplishments in the field. Through their achievements, these TDM champions have set the bar for excellence, impact, and success in the industry.
This is a remarkable achievement that truly reflects Phil’s dedication, expertise, and contributions to the field.
Phil’s unwavering commitment to TDM has been nothing short of exceptional. Over the 30+ years at CUTR, his insights and efforts have not only improved our organization’s operations but have also positively impacted the wider industry.
Phil was also the recipient of the “Bob Owens TDM Champion” award in 2007.
