On Wednesday, May 3, 2023, twelve City of Temple Terrace Public Works employees successfully completed the Bicycle Friendly Driver training. The training was taught by CUTR’s Julie Bond and Brentin Mosher who are League of American Bicyclists League Cycling Instructors (LCIs). The training aims to provide motorized vehicle drivers an understanding of how and why bicyclists travel the roadways in the ways they do with the objective of making roadways safer for all users.
