Fred Mannering, Ph.D., was named on Clarivate’s Highly Cited Researcher list. The list celebrates the world’s leading researchers. This is the third consecutive year Mannering has made the list of researchers.
Dr. Mannering is the executive director of the Center for Urban Transportation Research – CUTR and a USF College of Engineering professor of civil and environmental engineering. His research interests are in the application of statistical and econometric methods to analyze data relating to highway safety, transportation economics, travel behavior and a variety of engineering-related problems.
