CUTR, Tampa Bay Clean Cities, and PSTA invite you to join us for an interactive virtual demonstration of the agency’s BYD 35-foot battery-electric transit bus, charging depot, and the brand-new 250-kilowatt Inductive Wireless Charging System. PSTA introduced the first inductive wireless electric bus charging station to the East Coast. This system charges the agency’s electric bus fleet through a primary charging plate that is embedded in the roadway, which reduces charge time. Following the demonstration, participate in a live Q&A with Henry Lukasik, Director of Maintenance for PSTA, to learn first-hand about PSTA’s experience with a growing electric bus fleet and implementing charging technologies.
