Dr. Cong Chen participated in the ASCE Transportation & Development Institute (T&DI) FY20 Boarding Meeting on November 18, 2019 at the University of Arkansas. At the meeting, Dr. Chen reported the current progress on T&DI student competitions and younger member activities in the new fiscal year. The T&DI is a specialty membership organization focused on transportation and development professionals and the transportation and development industry.
