USF CEE/CUTR/Urban Planning were well represented at the 19th COTA International Conference of Transportation Professionals (CICTP) focuses on “Transportation in China 2025,” organized by Southeast University July 6-8, 2019 in Nanjing, China, including CUTR Director Dr. Robert Bertini, and CUTR affiliated faculty from CEE Dr. Xiaopeng Li, Yu Zhang (past COTA President) and Dr. Qing Lu. We were especially excited to welcome new USF Urban Planning Assistant Professor and CUTR affiliated faculty Dr. Peng Chen!
