In 2016 I was hired at CUTR as part of the Florida Department of Transportation’s Pedestrian Evaluation project. I traveled around Florida collecting data on pedestrian and bicyclist behavior and worked at educational outreach events as well. Through this experience at CUTR, I discovered my interest in urban planning. After graduating with my Bachelor’s in Environmental Science from USF in August of 2018, I began my Masters’ Degree in Urban and Regional Planning.
I’m interested in all aspects of planning, but GIS and transportation especially, and I’m currently working as a GRA on both the Comprehensive Pedestrian and Bicyclist project and the Local Technical Assistance Program.
