As required by the Federal Transit Administration (FTA), CUTR is serving as a third-party independent evaluator to assess overall effectiveness and provide a technical evaluation of a project that Portland State University (PSU) is conducting for FTA. The purpose of this project is to develop, test and refine an integrated emergency recovery plan working directly with organizations that are involved in transit and transportation demand management (TDM) in the Portland, OR region. The emergency recovery plan will then be used to develop a training course on emergency recovery planning using the Portland plan as a prototype. The course will be tested in Portland, refined, and then offered in six locations (to be determined) across the country.

Hi there, thanks for this announcement. Do you include sources of emergency fuel/power when you do assessments?

I am currently studying BAIS. Very keen to learn and develop what you’re working on.
