Obstacles: What Transit Administrators Say Prevents Them From Pursuing Social Justice

This research considers what public transportation administrators say prevents them from more fully pursuing socially just policies and procedures. From things like elected official resistance, to unfair funding mechanisms, to urban zoning and development decisions that inhibit transit service provision, public transit administrators face quite a few obstacles to justice and fairness.
