CUTR Webcast Recording: Trends in Travel Behavior

March 10, 2011 The Trends in Travel Behavior webcast provides a better understanding of the socio-demographic changes, changes in travel habits and patterns, changes in supply and demand, and other factors that will affect transportation system performance and planning. Attendees will receive an overview of transportation trends and the implications of these trends on the transportation system. After this module, participants will be able to explain the major trends contributing to transportation and mobility problems, and identify opportunities for TDM and transit agencies to adjust to exploit those trends.   1. Dr. Polzin´s analysis is very interesting and a similar analysis can be made in other cities.I live in Europe and could not agree more with his insights and also the observation that more and more people choose their ideal homes as rural settings.Great effort!
