This lecture, presented by the Office of the Attorney General of the State of Florida, will provide an accelerated introduction to Florida’s open government laws and their application to the day-to-day workings on state government. There will be an emphasis on new media and how Florida’s Sunshine and Public Records laws apply to digital communication such as social media sites, texting, and other communication devices.
