PROFILE:

Jeffrey Kramer, AICP, is a Senior Research Associate in the CUTR Planning and Corridor Management Program, with expertise in MPO policy and processes, transportation systems planning, public involvement, intergovernmental relations, community impact assessment, and civil rights/environmental justice. Mr. Kramer is the 2005 co-winner of the Charley V. Wootan Award, presented by the Transportation Research Board for the best paper in the area of transportation policy.  He is a member of the TRB Committee on Metropolitan Policy, Planning and Processes (ADA20) and the AMPO Technical Committee.  He is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners, the American Planning Association, and the Institute of Transportation Engineers.
