CUTRlines is produced by the Center for Urban Transportation Research (CUTR) at the University of South Florida's College of Engineering to inform the public and private sectors of its research, professional, and service activities.

CUTR was created by the Florida Legislature, the Florida Board of Regents, and the University of South Florida to attain cost-effective, state-of-the-art solutions to transportation problems. CUTR's expertise in planning, engineering, economics, safety, and communications offers innovative solutions to public and private sector clients nationwide.
