To view the PDF file:

1.)Open the "My Computer" icon.

2.)Find the file titled "help.pdf", and open it.

3.)Follow on-screen instructions for navigation through the PDF books.

Troubleshooting

You must have Adobe Acrobat installed on your system.
If you are using Windows 95, 98, 2000, or NT, follow these instructions to install:

1.)Open the "My Computer" icon.

2.)Open the drive associated with your CD-ROM

3.)Open the folder titled "Acroread"

3.)Open the file titled "Acroread405.EXE"

4.)Follow the on-screen instructions for completion of installation

If you are using another operating system, such as MacOS, Solaris, IRIX, or other
non-Windows95 compliant system, or having problems installing from the disc,
please visit:
  http://www.adobe.com/
and download the newest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader for your system.

To download/view the Excel files:

Within the PDF document, you can click and download the associating table 
to your local hard disk for viewing, printing, and editing. 
To do this, you first must have an .XLS (Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet file)
capable program or viewer.  If you do not have this installed on your system,
please visit :
 http://www.microsoft.com/
and download the "Microsoft Excel viewer" application.  Note that this only allows
opening, and not editing or changing, of .XLS spreadsheet files.
