CUTR is a multidisciplinary transportation research organization in the USF College of Engineering. In addition to its 45 full-time researchers, CUTR provides direct professional work experience to more than 20 graduate student assistants each semester. Research areas include ITS, traffic operations, safety, transit, bus rapid transit, access management, TDM, training, planning, program evaluation, growth management, land use, and others. The federally-designated National Center for Transit Research and National Bus Rapid Transit Institute are located at CUTR. CUTR offers:
