Representative Experience

 

·         Assist agencies in using Federal financial assistance to procure vehicles from state and FVPP contracts, consortium bids, or individual bids.

·         Implemented management information system to monitor budget performance of Education and General and Sponsored Research funds.

·         Upgraded and maintained MIS to meet Center needs.

·         Implemented first payroll clearing system at USF.

·         Verified budget performance for department totaling over $5 million annually.

·         Participated in focus groups and pilot programs as Center representative.

·         Served as project manager for projects with total budgets in excess of $300k.

·         Implemented new Purchasing system (PRS).

·         Implemented new Payroll System (GEMs).

·         Accountable for all equipment purchased by CUTR.
