·         Developed materials and taught TDM and telecommuting training programs for FDOT, FHWA, and FTA

·         Supervised Florida’s TDM Clearinghouse - a technical assistance program and resource center on TDM

·         Organized and served as team leader for Telecommute America! Week in Tampa.

·         Developed TMA Evaluation criteria and commuter assistance program evaluation procedures for FDOT

·        Supervised development and operation of one of the country’s first transit stores near Washington, D.C. with 3,000 customers and nearly $60,000 in fare media sales per month

·       Designed and analyzed commuter needs assessment surveys for companies and transportation management associations in several states

·         Administered grant programs for TMA with budgets totaling in excess of $200,000 annually

·         Formulated requests for proposals, awarded contracts and supervised consultant services

·         Evaluated the impact of corporate relocation decisions on employee commuting behavior, turnover and labor market accessibility for Fortune 500 companies

·         Initiated experimental programs in transportation demand management

·         Initiated Virginia’s first guaranteed ride home program that increased the attractiveness of TMA services by 34 percent

·         Created an award-winning downtown transportation and parking information service.

·        Developed and implemented strategic marketing plans to increase effectiveness of a regional TDM program by 23 percent while reducing costs by over 20 percent

·         Developed and maintained four transportation Web sites
