·         Conduct comprehensive performance reviews (trend and peer analyses) of Florida transit systems.

·         Produced training and procedures manuals for bus operators, bus traffic controllers, and transit operations supervisors at Miami-Dade Transit Agency.

·         Developed an update to the manual for the preparation of transit development plans in Florida.

·         Designed transit shuttle service for Coconut Grove and the Airport West area in Miami, Florida.

·         Evaluated current practices of service planning and performance monitoring at major transit systems throughout the United States and Canada.

·         Compiled and statistically analyzed results of transit and commute options surveys.

·         Analyzed productivity of bus operators at the Miami-Dade Transit Agency.

·         Formulated a logit model for the Miami-Dade Transit Agency to predict changes in fare payment method.

·         Organized literature reviews on a variety of transportation topics.
